Returns

You can return products purchased from the La Mania online store within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the package.

For your convenience, we offer a quick online return option. Just a few steps are needed to report a return and send the package easily.

You can also send the package yourself. In this case, include the completed withdrawal form in the package and send it to the following address:

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used when placing the order.

Products purchased in the online store can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel.

The period is counted from the date of receipt of the order to the date of dispatch of the return package.

The cost of returning the product is covered by the customer. For your convenience, you can use Convenient Returns, or send the package yourself.

Please do not send cash-on-delivery parcels.

We process refunds immediately upon receipt and verification of the returned shipment.

The maximum time for processing a refund is 14 days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used when placing the order.

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

Due to the limited availability of collections, we cannot guarantee that a specific model or size will be available at the time of exchange. If you wish to choose a different product, please place a new order and return the previous product for a refund.

We process online order returns exclusively by sending the product back to our warehouse address.

Brick-and-mortar boutiques do not accept returns of products purchased online.
