Join the La Mania e-commerce team and help develop two premium brands: La Mania Fashion and La Mania Home.
We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist who wants to have a real impact on the daily performance of our online stores, product presentation, catalogue structure, technology implementation and customer experience. Our e-commerce is entering a new stage of growth, including migration to Shopify Plus and the implementation of tools supporting personalization, automation, analytics and sales optimization.
This role is for someone who combines operational precision with analytical thinking, understands the aesthetics of a premium product and knows how to translate data, processes and technology into a better shopping experience.
Your responsibilities:
- managing the daily operations of the La Mania Fashion and La Mania Home online stores
- coordinating product presentation across categories, homepages and sales sections
- planning and managing product drops
- ensuring the accuracy of product data, including prices, variants, availability and catalogue structure
- analyzing bestsellers, seasonality and product rotation
- optimizing category structure and information architecture for SEO and UX
- monitoring stock levels and reacting to out-of-stock products
- working on Magento and taking part in the migration to Shopify Plus
- cooperating with the technology agency and supporting new implementations
- preparing sales reports and analyses in GA4, Looker Studio and Excel
- identifying purchase barriers and initiating CRO improvements
- managing landing pages, commercial campaigns and product feeds
- using AI tools for data analysis, research, content optimization and process automation
Requirements:
- minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion, premium or lifestyle
- experience with Shopify Plus
- very good Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas and data analysis
- practical knowledge of GA4 and the ability to interpret sales performance
- understanding of e-commerce operations, including ERP, stock synchronization, integrations and catalogue structure
- knowledge of SEO and information architecture in e-commerce
- independence, ownership and strong attention to detail
- ability to combine analytical thinking with a sense of premium product aesthetics
- English skills enabling independent work on the English version of the store and communication with international partners
Nice to have:
- experience with marketing automation, for example Klaviyo
- knowledge of product recommendation, cross-sell and up-sell tools, for example Rebuy
- experience with BI tools, CRO, A/B testing, Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar
- experience working with product feeds
- experience using AI for workflow automation, research, analysis or content optimization
