How do I return my order?

Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement and Order Return Process
Step 1: Submit your withdrawal online
Use the online form above to submit your withdrawal from the purchase agreement and indicate the products you would like to return.
Products purchased in the online store may be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving your parcel.
The return period is counted from the day you receive your order to the day you send back the return parcel.
Returned products must not show signs of use, must be in their original, undamaged condition, and must include all original tags and labels.
Step 2: Send your return parcel
After submitting your withdrawal from the purchase agreement, choose a courier service that suits you and send the parcel back to us. Please make sure the package is securely packed and keep the proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Step 3: Wait for your refund
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal from the purchase agreement. The funds will be returned using the same payment method used to pay for the order.
