In the message, please provide your order number, the email address used during the purchase, a brief description of the issue, and attach photos of the visible defect. After verifying your submission, we will send further instructions and a shipping label for dropping off the parcel at a service point.
Complaints about products purchased online are accepted exclusively through the online store's Customer Service Department.
Complaints should be filed at the place of purchase, i.e., at the boutique where the product was bought.
