Returns
Products purchased in the La Mania online store can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
For your convenience, we offer a quick online return process. In just a few steps, you can register your return and send the parcel back easily.
You may also send the parcel back on your own. In this case, please include a completed withdrawal form in the package and send it to the following address:

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used when placing the order.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. Due to the limited availability of our collections, we cannot guarantee that the selected model, colour or size will be available at the time of exchange.
If you would like to order a different product, size or colour, please return your current order and place a new order in the online store.
Complaints
We make every effort to ensure that each La Mania product meets the highest quality standards. If you have any concerns regarding the quality or workmanship of a product, please submit a claim.
